Founder
My name is Johanna Lepeu - El Iman
I am former corporate executive and entrepreneur who pivoted into the impact space to dedicate my work to driving positive change for people and the planet.
Over the past years, I’ve worked with impact investors, foundations, and social enterprises across Southeast Asia to help them articulate their impact goals, measure their progress, and maximise the value of their capital.

From creating impact measurement frameworks for advisory firms to refining philanthropic strategies for women-led social enterprises, my mission remains the same: to align values, strategy, and action for lasting change.
