Projects
Over the past years, I have worked on a range of impactful projects across Southeast Asia, from designing and implementing impact measurement and management frameworks for investors and philanthropic organisations, to developing strategic business models for social enterprises supporting women-led initiatives. I have supported foundations in identifying and conducting due diligence on projects that align with their values, advised on grant-making strategies, and guided SMEs in integrating sustainability and impact tools such as Impact Atlas.
As an accredited trainer for the UNDP SDG Impact Standards, I bring a globally recognised framework to help organisations align their investments and operations with the Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring both accountability and measurable progress. My work bridges philanthropy, catalytic capital, and entrepreneurship, always with the goal of turning values into meaningful, lasting change.

Mana Impact - Impact Investment Advisory Firm
At Mana Impact, I worked across both investment and philanthropic portfolios to strengthen clients’ impact strategies and ensure that outcomes remained measurable and aligned with their values. My work spanned impact measurement and management, direct support to SMEs and startups, and advisory on deal flow, philanthropy, and grant-making.
On the impact measurement side, I designed and implemented frameworks for investments and philanthropic initiatives, ensuring consistency with clients’ broader portfolio strategies. This involved developing robust Theories of Change, identifying relevant KPIs, and setting up clear data collection processes to track and evaluate progress. Alongside this, I partnered directly with portfolio companies to help them articulate their mission and vision, define their Theory of Change, and establish tailored KPIs that reflected both their operations and their impact goals, enabling them to communicate their results more effectively.
In parallel, I advised on sourcing investment opportunities and identifying philanthropic projects that aligned with clients’ missions and SDG priorities. In the grant-making process, I conducted thorough viability assessments, managed due diligence, and ensured that each project was aligned with client goals, budgets, and impact strategies. This work enhanced accountability and helped maximise the long-term impact of the grants awarded.
Lamivoie Partners - Family Office
Worked closely with a family office to design their impact thesis, aligning it with the family’s values and long-term legacy goals. Led deal flow sourcing for sustainable impact investments and philanthropic projects, conducting due diligence to ensure strategic alignment and maximised impact. Provided recommendations on portfolio composition and helped define impact measurement frameworks to track results across both investments and grants.
